Something not working?

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Please never include private journal content, passwords, or Apple verification codes.

Privacy request

Your reflective content stays on your device. A monitored support and privacy email address will be published here before the public App Store release.

TestFlight installation help

If TestFlight opens to a Redeem or “Ready to Test” screen, return to the Lofty beta page in Safari and tap the Lofty invitation again. A public TestFlight invitation does not require a separate redemption code.

How do I see another question?
Swipe up for the next question or down for the previous one.

What do left and right swipes do?
Swipe right to give a question a thumbs up and left to give it a thumbs down.

Can I choose what appears?
Yes. Themes, topics, reminders, favorites, custom questions, and widgets are part of the experience.
